  • Knowledge of IT Platform, tools, and apps.
  • MS Office.

  • Problem solving skills.

Your day-to-day:


  • Learn about ad products.
  • Log information into call management systems.
  • Maintain service and product knowledge.
  • Provide cover for other Agents in their absence.
  • Work with Supervisors on specific projects when necessary.
  • Attend regular Team Meetings.
  • Keep up service performance, quality and customer satisfaction.
