Danish-speaking customer representative in Barcelona

Your Responsibilities:

Offer assistance, answer questions and provide information to clients in your language
Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results
Collect customer's data following the company's policies and procedures
Build relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

Benefits:

Fulltime (39 hours/week) contract
Schedule for 39 hours (rotative): From Monday to Sunday from 11am to 21pm

Your Profile:

You have excellent communication skills in Danish and your are fluent in English
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You are a team player and you love helping people
You are available to work in rotating shifts
You are customer orientated
You have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Previous experience in a similar position is a plus but not required
