ANO NUEVO COLORES NUEVOS PROYECTOS NUEVOS @MAMEN_LOCUTORA


Cada nuevo año al comenzar el recorrido tengo la misma sensación: "¡Este año va a ser estupendo!".

En esta ocasión la sensación es diferente. Es más bien una certeza de que va a ser estupendo, de que ya lo está siendo incluso antes de haber comenzado a ser.

Hoy 31 de diciembre de 2017 se cumplen 5 años de un antes y un después. Dejé atrás voluntariamente un trabajo al que había dedicado 21 años de mi vida para poder enfocarme al 100% en mi gran pasión, la voz. Dicha pasión había comenzado en 1995 y me llevó a ser la voz de Telefónica durante 11 años, y a otros muchos clientes de publicidad y vídeos. Pero siempre tenía que supeditar mi pasión a mis otras obligaciones profesionales.

Hace 5 años me liberé y desde entonces que embarqué en multitud de eventos de emprendedores, me empapé de marca personal por aquí y por allí, comencé una campaña casera en redes sociales para conseguir visibilidad, y te confieso que en muchas ocasiones me pregunté, y todo esto que hago... ¿Para qué lo hago? ¿Con qué finalidad? ¿Tengo una estrategia? ¿Un objetivo?

Sinceramente, no tenía nada. Ni estrategia, ni objetivo, ni siquiera me movía de forma localizada donde estuviera mi posible cliente. Pero seguía remando y lo único que tenía, y sigo teniendo, eran muchas ganas de comerme el mundo y mucha energía.

Hoy, a estas horas, hago balance de todo lo ocurrido en este 2017 y el crecimiento ha sido increíble, se me han abierto puertas que creía imposibles para mí y han aparecido seres maravillosos con los que ahora comparto mucho más que inquietudes profesionales.

Comienza en breve 2018 y ahora SÍ sé hacia dónde voy. SÍ tengo objetivos. 

Y en ello estoy.

Orden y limpieza. En mi mente. A diario.

Focalización.

Definición de un proyecto. 

Creación de productos y servicios.

Formación en Marketing y Ventas.

Imprescindibles todos ellos para tener un big picture, como dicen los anglosajones. Y para que este 2018 sea estupendo antes incluso de haber empezado a ser.

I agree with your feeling, my dear CityVP \ud83d\udc1d Manjit, and with every word you have exposed. Every day when I get up, as I put my feet on the floor I say to myself "Happy New Day Mamen" and I smile feeling the happiness. This is something just a little few people know, but worth sharing. There are two parties, the social one with the calendar and the watches in hand and another internal one with the heart beats setting the pace. That is the real rhythm. 😍💖

If we can make the worst moments of our life great then the best moments become greater. If we are vulnerable to anxiety then I think superstition is a very good medication, if we are truly resilient then we do not require hope as our back up plan. We don't know how life is going to cut us or what cut of life we shall receive, though we in the West have programmed ourselves to receive a greater cut than the so called developed world. It is not about tempting fate, none of us are smart as a future that works out for us :-) My view now is that we make our new year when we want it to be a new year. We have this privilege to hear each others thoughts through this gift called technology so for me it is OK to treat Feliz Navidad as a utopian experience, but one of my personal learning's this year is learning to handle a dystopian future through a utopian experience. I still have a little way to go before I flow in this unmanageable paradox - but that is what a sweet-spot is. My sweet-spot is very different, it does not involve an ounce of showmanship or the identity gained from the work we do or what my net worth means in terms of living vicariously - but I can't live through other people but am cognoscente that neither of us are an island of excellence capable of living in splendid isolation. Last year I looked at the words HNY and transformed them from meaning to Happy New Year to the HNY of Honey. I wish you great honey, especially on a day (31st December) that has great personal meaning to you. Why think practical thoughts during the year but often call a holiday on them now, so we can choose our start and end points or we can simply enjoy the journey or we can embrace the paradox of both :-) Ultimately my process is to think about the only life I actually control, which is my own and even this control is the grand illusion :-)
