The SAP CoE Operations D2R Lead, will work as part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence.

Within a matrix organization you will report to SAP CoE Operations Manager, EMEA while providing global functional support to "Demand to Replenishment" area.

You will lead, guide, and develop a large team of SAP D2R Business Analysts

You will have dual purpose of leading small projects and long term support which will includes hands on resolution of incidents, system enhancement requests, and project support.

You will liaise remotely with many your colleagues across the globe.

Your scope will be global for our Architectural Coatings, Protective and Marine Coatings, Industrial Coatings and other teams according to our S/4 roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Coaches and develops business analysts to drive team that is efficient and effective
From the moment you start you will be proactive in obtaining good working relationships with the other SAP colleagues/consultants focusing on Supply across the globe and also business stakeholders.
You will provide and contribute to projects to ensure a stable model around these SAP modules after a brief acclimation period.
You will be expected to be familiar with the specific solutions implemented by PPG within 6 months timeframe.

Qualifications

A degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other businessrelated field is required.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written English) including technical writing
Min 6 years' experience with strong process knowledge of Demand to Supply, understanding of demand planning (APO/IBP), production (PP), quality management (QM), plant maintenance (PM), logistics (WM/EWM), inventory management (IM), master data (MM) and intercompany processes, as well as general SAP ECC or SAP S/4 Knowledge.
Related working experience in SAP support environment and/or SAP project implementation in the areas of Demand to Replenishment.
Broad analytical and technical skills to isolate problems, assess their criticality, identify solutions, and implement complete solutions.
Be able to delegate responsibility to others, and to set the priorities of resources and tasks for the team.
Ability to collaborate, and work in a "remote working" organization
Soft skills in leading junior business analyst.
