- Develop new DC motor designs in line with the Company's strategy.
- Create product technical specifications based on Customer and Market requirements and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for full product development, ensuring cost, quality, and timing goals are met.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to explore new business opportunities for brush & brushless motors.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support for our products.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies for DC electric motors and contribute to future product development.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance product performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Proficiency in 2D-3D FEA Modelling for electrical machines, preferably using Altair Flux Motor and Altair Flux.
- Experience with Permanent Magnet Machines and motor mechatronic designs.
- Familiarity with mechanical and thermal designs of electric motors, as well as quality tools and systems like IATF16949 and ISO14001.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and fluent in both oral and written Spanish and English.
