About the role:


We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service to join the Kmart Operations team as the first point of contact for Kmart customers who are shopping online for store products and helping to solve their enquiries.


Key Details:

  • Roles commencing Monday 13th February 2023
  • Full and Part Time positions available
  • Monday to Saturday 7am 6pm on rotating roster with some flexibility 1 week full time paid training
  • Virtual
  • This role will initially be work from home however may move back into our office in Mulgrave or CBD

What to expect on a daily basis:

  • Inbound/outbound queue's
  • Support our customers in a smooth purchasing journey ensuring all needs are effectively met and any errors resolved quickly and efficiently
  • Update customers' accounts with appropriate notes and details after the call.
  • Liaise with the stores to assist in the delivery of customer orders.
  • Occasional outbound calls to coordinate deliveries to customers.-
  • Provide assistance and technical support with all online purchases including damages
  • Use multiple internal comprehensive computer systems while maintaining and updating online orders

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of people
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team to achieve mutual goals
  • Confidence in dealing with objections and quickly building rapport with customers
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Work From Home Tech Requirements:

  • Windows 10 based PC or laptop with an I5 processor 8GB of RAM or equivalent
  • Antivirus installed
  • Windows defender switched
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Headset with a microphone.
