Key Details:

  • April month Fixed Term contract with a view to extend
  • Hours: Full time (38 Hours) 9am5pm Monday to Friday
  • Remote | Sydney or Melbourne
  • Working on behalf of a medical technology development company focused on transforming the automated external defibrillator (AED) market.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Appropriately engage with customers via a public platform to effectively manage their enquiry and to proactively encourage their advocacy further on social platforms
  • Respond to enquiries and provide relevant updates in our CRM
  • Provide customers with informed product and service information
  • Followup on customer enquiries not immediately resolved.
  • Continually maintain working knowledge of all products, services, systems

Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Previous social media customer service experience within a contact centre environment
  • Knowledge of/and experience with all social media platforms
  • Ability to convey complex information to customers using appropriate language and tone of voice
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • To work from home you will need:_
  • Windows 10 based PC Monitor/Laptop_ i5 processor and 8GB RAM or equivalent_
  • Anti-Virus installed and Windows Defender_
  • Reliable internet connection_
  • Headset with a microphone_
