Role Mission


The Digital Marketing Lead will be a critical business partner in developing, coordinating, and optimizing digital customer engagement strategies in support of the Grifols Diagnostics portfolio of products.

This position will champion efforts to establish Grifols Diagnostics as a global leader in leveraging the digital experience to achieve business goals in a customer centric, innovative and value-driven way.

The Digital Marketing Lead will have the unique ability to excel at both a strategic and tactical level, using insights to plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns and engagements with the Customer Marketing teams and the Customer Digital Center as part of an integrated customer engagement model and identifying optimization efforts to refine tactics based on insights and analytics.


What your responsibilities will be

  • Partner with Customer Marketing to understand business needs, develop and implement comprehensive crosschannel digital strategies that achieve longterm growth and capitalize on immediate opportunities
  • Lead and execute innovative and strategic use of our digital platforms (Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud) to deliver on our brand and marketing goals, while ensuring that standards are upheld
  • Lead multichannel campaign planning process for Grifols Diagnostics across key stakeholders
  • New website design and development team role and responsibility
  • Digital KPI and analytic reporting and dashboards
  • Coordinate and execute the development of campaigns with Customer Marketing and Marcom teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the development of microsites, landing pages: UX, Creative, Copywriting, Audience, Testing, etc.
  • Collaborate with Medical, Legal and Regulatory colleagues to ensure an effective and productive promotional review process (GRP) and continued compliance on all digital efforts

  • BA/BS Required. MBA preferred.
  • Medical Device, Diagnostic, or Pharma experience strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of commercial marketing experience (leadership preferred), campaign planning and execution experience
  • Advanced English
  • Proven track record developing and executing multichannel marketing strategies, demonstrating datadriven strategic thinking, experimentation, customer orientation, and operational excellence
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to assess business results of marketing tactics, define appropriate metrics / KPIs, and maximize value of marketing investment
  • Experience managing and driving accountability with multiple stakeholders and agencies of record across a matrixed organization
  • Strong project leadership skills with a solutionoriented mindset, sense of urgency, and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload in a fastpaced, rapidly changing environment
  • Demonstrated relationship building and crossfunctional teamwork skills to effectively direct and influence results across a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
