That's why we need a Sr Manager Supply Chain DX DS EMEA&LATAM like you.

What your responsibilities will be

Manage Outbound flows and order Management
Ensure tasks as, sales orders process, product and services billing, maintenance and approval of freight invoices.
Overall management of customer orders including order capture, order management and improving the customer experience.
Freight cost drivers analysis and controls
Credit collection coordination and reporting to Finance department in a timely and accurate manner
Monthly expenses, revenue landing, and Accruals
Provide any support to Quality Audit
Inventory Management (stock counts)
Establish the right organization structure and lead the development of the team
Manage Inbound flows and external providers (3PL, packaging, transport)
Inbound flows for DS products, POs, logistics follow up, goods reception, returns management
Packaging purchase, inventory management, transport management, budget preparation and control
KPIs follow up and analysis, gaps and corrective actions/improvement plans development
Make sure the corporate requirements for safety, health and environment factors are flawless

Required 510 years of experience in a related field
Your English and Spanish is advanced
Highly desirable French
Proficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office, SAP ERP, CRM order entry systems
Communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation
Interpersonal skills, including relationshipbuilding and persuasion
Focuses relentlessly on customers
Analytical, problemsolving, and critical thinking skills
Conflict management skills

Monday-Thursday 8-9 to 17-18h and Friday 8-15h.
