Repsol Generación Baja en Carbono (Renovables), que se posiciona como uno de los cuatro pilares de negocio del Grupo Repsol en el marco del Plan Estratégico , cuyo objetivo es descarbonizar nuestro porfolio de productos y afianzar la posición de la Compañía como un proveedor multienergía a nivel nacional e internacional, selecciona un Site Supervisor Maintenance para su centro de trabajo con ubicación Zaragoza.
Su objetivo será coordinar y supervisar los trabajos de puesta en marcha, operación local y mantenimiento en las instalaciones del Cluster Jiloca.
La persona seleccionada debe liderar las propuestas de mejoras técnicas, de seguridad y de gestión en la instalación, siendo un referente para los contratistas y para la organización, desde su posición en campo.
Funciones:
Asegurar la correcta ejecución en tiempo y calidad de las tareas de O&M.
Alcanzar los más altos estándares en materia de disponibilidad energético-económica de las instalaciones a su cargo.
Proponer y/o analizar mejoras técnicas y de diseño de las instalaciones a su cargo.
Colaborar en la definición de mejores prácticas en la ejecución de labores de O&M.
Cumplir y asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de Seguridad y Salud, Calidad y Medio Ambiente de Repsol Generación Baja en Carbono.
Liderar junto al área de Ingeniería y Construcción la puesta en marcha y traslado de las instalaciones a la fase de explotación.
Requisitos:
Formación Académica: Ingeniería Superior / FP
Formación adicional: profundo conocimiento técnico de la operación y mantenimiento de parques eólicos (disciplinas aerodinámica, eléctrica, neumática, y electrónica)
Idiomas: mínimo nivel B2 en inglés
Experiencia: 3 -7 años en gestión de operación y mantenimiento de parques eólicos. Experiencia en puesta en marcha de parques eólicos
