- Liderar equipos técnicos para FATs y SATs en Europa.
- Diseñar un plan de mantenimiento preventivo de los reactores de H2SITE para maximizar la disponibilidad.
- Diseñ ar las estrategias de análisis de datos y control remoto para mejorar los reactores.
- Coordinar con el equipo de fabricación de membranas para garantizar que las actividades de reemplazo se puedan realizar adecuadamente.
- Liderar equipos de operaciones y mantenimiento y planificar sus actividades para los proyectos en curso (FAT, SAT, etc).
- Contribuir a la optimización del diseño del reactor gracias al feedback operativo.
- Formación en ingeniería, 5 a 10 años de experiencia en la puesta en marcha de activos (compresores, patines de gas, CHP, motores...) y planificación de actividades de instalación/O&M.
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y control de pequeños equipos de instalación/mantenimiento.
- Experiencia con gases industriales (H2, biogás, amoníaco, metanol...).
- Solucionador de problemas, autónomo, siempre positivo, actitud de doer.
- Nivel de inglés y español fluido.
- Disponible para viajes puntuales para campañas de startups en Europa.
