Es responsable general de las actividades jurídicas corporativas (principalmente derecho societario, M y A) del grupo Michelin. Está adscrito al Director Jurídico de la región y es el interlocutor del Departamento Jurídico Corporativo para su perímetro.
¿Cómo será tu día a día?
Asegurar las actividades jurídicas corporativas (principalmente derecho corporativo, M y A) de las empresas dentro de su ámbito (territorio - dominio)Aplicar y hacer cumplir las normas del Grupo correspondientesLiderar su equipo, definir e implementar políticas y procesos del Grupo dentro de su alcance.
Contribuir eficazmente a la prestación - gestión de información para las empresas - de las actividades de su ámbito en Herramientas de Gestión Jurídica (LMS)Para el negocio de derecho financiero en particular, soporte legal para las operaciones financieras de las sociedades holding del Grupo.
¿Qué necesitas para contribuir exitosamente con nuestro propósito?
Idealmente más de 5 años de experiencia previa en posiciones similares y en compañías de ambientes de manufactura.
