- Asegurar las actividades jurídicas corporativas (principalmente derecho corporativo, M y A) de las empresas dentro de su ámbito (territorio - dominio)
- Aplicar y hacer cumplir las normas del Grupo correspondientes
- Liderar su equipo, definir e implementar políticas y procesos del Grupo dentro de su alcance.
- Contribuir eficazmente a la prestación - gestión de información para las empresas - de las actividades de su ámbito en Herramientas de Gestión Jurídica (LMS)
- Para el negocio de derecho financiero en particular, soporte legal para las operaciones financieras de las sociedades holding del Grupo.
- Idealmente más de 5 años de experiencia previa en posiciones similares y en compañías de ambientes de manufactura.
- Licenciatura terminada en Derecho

Es responsable general de las actividades jurídicas corporativas (principalmente derecho societario, M y A) del grupo Michelin. Está adscrito al Director Jurídico de la región y es el interlocutor del Departamento Jurídico Corporativo para su perímetro.
