    The Revenue Distribution SystemTraineewill support the revenue management & distribution team to execute thecommercial and revenue management strategy to maximize Direct and Indirectrevenue potential.

    He/she will be responsiblefor accurately loading and maintaining hotel content, policies, and rates inthe Radisson Hotel Group's Central Reservations System (CRS) and OTAconnections. This includes, but not limited to, supporting, and optimizing OTAand Leisure partner activities, connectivity support, implementation,documentation, troubleshooting, monitoring system performance & rateparity.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

    The Revenue DistributionSpecialist Trainee will also work with the Revenue Team to drive TotalProfitable Revenue, focusing on the right price @ the right time for the rightbusiness via the right channel at the right cost mantra.

    Channel Maintenance – Conduct regular CRS(EMMA) audit, secure the loading of potential missing products, sending partnermaintenance spreadsheets to ensure we are distributing the correct product toall channels.

    Performance Monitoring – Monitor theconnectivity related performance dashboards with the aim to support theoptimization of the performance of connectivity across channels, includingtroubleshooting and sending partner maintenance spreadsheets.

    Distribution Optimization – Support withthe optimization of hotel performance on 3rd party channels by working with theRHG Distribution team and properties to align & implement endorsedactivities to enhance hotel performance.

    Rate Parity - Monitor and maintain RateParity across channels by auditing and troubleshooting any issues as well asworking with the properties to ensure correct procedures are being followed aswell as participation in any partner activities.

    Support the implementation of key RevenueOptimization related projects including, but not limited to, new partnerrollouts & distribution activities.

    A SUCCESSFUL TRAINEE:

    · Fluent English both written and spoken,another European language is a plus.
