Um den stetig wachsenden Ansprüchen unserer Kunden aus aller Welt an Kreativität und hochwertigem Eventdesign gerecht zu werden, gründet VOK DAMS einen Creative Hub in Barcelona. Das multidisziplinäre Team besteht aus Kreativplanern, Eventstrategen, Grafikdesignern, Architekten und Innenarchitekten und wird alle Facetten der kreativen Produktion von Events abdecken - von der ersten Konzeptionsphase bis hin zur Umsetzung der finalen Artworks.

Zur Verstärkung des Teams in Barcelona suchen wir derzeit einen deutschsprachigen Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) oder Account Director (m/w/d).

Dein Profil

Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, PR, Multimedia oder Design.
Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für die Machbarkeit von Produktionen und Produktionskosten haben, insbesondere für den deutschen Markt, um kreative Grenzen bei gegebenen Produktionsbudgets einschätzen zu können.
Du hast mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung im Account Management im Bereich Event/Marketing
Du besitzt gute Managementfähigkeiten mit gesundem Menschenverstand für Markt und Industrie
Gute MS-Office-, PPT- und Keynote-Kenntnisse
Verständnis für Budgetierung und Berichterstattung.
Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
Hervorragende Organisations-, Verhandlungs- und Führungsfähigkeiten.
Hervorragendes kritisches Denken und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse; Spanisch ist ein Vorteil, aber kein Muss
Vertragslaufzeit: langfristig mit einer Probezeit von 2 Monaten.
Du nutzt aktiv Social Media insbesondere im Businesskontext.

ROLLE UND AUFGABEN

Bindeglied zwischen den anderen VOK DAMS-Büros im Netzwerk und dem Kreativteam in Barcelona
Teilnahme an Briefing-Meetings, Analyse von Briefings und Briefing/Betreuung von Kreativplanern, Designern und Textern
Organisation von Brainstorming-Meetings und Entwicklung interner Pitch-Timelines; Einhaltung der Projekttermine und des Budgets unter Berücksichtigung der Rentabilität
Teilnahme an Pitch-Präsentationsmeetings und Präsentation des kreativen Konzepts und der Entwürfe vor den anderen VOK DAMS-Niederlassungen und ihren jeweiligen Kunden
Setzen von Zielen für Kreativteams
Identifizieren Sie neue Wachstumschancen
Verwaltung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung des Barcelona-Teams
Leistungsbeurteilungen durchführen und Feedback geben
Repräsentieren Sie das Team gegenüber anderen Büros und externen Stakeholdern
Teilnahme an wöchentlichen globalen Management-Meetings
