    MISIÓN DEL PUESTO: El Visuals Editor desempeñará un papel clave en la definición y perfeccionamiento del contenido creativo de Vogue, produciendo sesiones fotográficas e investigando imágenes para nuestras plataformas impresas y digitales. El candidato seleccionado reportará al Visuals Director y trabajará estrechamente con el Director Creativo en la ejecución de proyectos, gestionando la producción externa y encargando sesiones fotográficas. Este puesto requiere un candidato con experiencia, un profundo conocimiento de la industria y una importante agenda de contactos de agencias, fotógrafos, estilistas y estudios. El candidato ideal debe tener un criterio editorial bien desarrollado y una gran capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos, prioridades y plazos simultáneamente.

    RESPONSABILIDADES/ FUNCIONES

  • Producir sesiones fotográficas para todas las plataformas de Vogue, coordinando directamente con fotógrafos, estudios, relaciones públicas, personal y editores y creativos de Vogue para organizar la logística de las asignaciones de las sesiones.
  • Coordinarse con empresas de producción externas en la gestión de las sesiones fotográficas.
  • Gestionar los presupuestos individuales de las sesiones fotográficas y trabajar eficientemente dentro de los recursos disponibles.
  • Seguimiento del uso mensual de imágenes de agencias de stock; procesamiento de facturas.
  • Realizar investigaciones de imágenes para contenidos impresos y digitales utilizando una selección amplia de recursos.
  • Negociar y asegurar derechos y tarifas para imágenes tanto de sesiones fotográficas producidas como del trabajo de investigación.
  • Reunirse con agencias y fotógrafos y revisar portfolios para ayudar a mantener relaciones y descubrir e introducir nuevos talentos.
  • Gestionar el proceso de postproducción en historias relevantes, coordinando la selección y entrega de imágenes en baja y alta resolución.
  • Crear mood boards y proponer ideas.

    CUALIDADES QUE SE VALORAN PARA EL PUESTO

  • Experiencia extensa en medios de comunicación o en un campo relevante.
  • Experiencia en la producción de contenido fotográfico de manera eficiente y en la gestión de un equipo en plató.
  • Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y organización, así como la capacidad de producir contenido bajo presión de plazos ajustados.
  • Capacidad para contribuir en la toma de decisiones editoriales y desarrollar ideas de historias desde el inicio hasta el final.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en entornos dinámicos, con plazos de entrega exigentes mientras gestiona múltiples proyectos.
  • Sensibilidad al detalles.
  • Conocimientos periodísticos de moda y una pasión por la fotografía y la ilustración.
