If you are an HR enthusiast willing to take the first steps of your HR career within a young and multinational environment, this could be the occasion you're looking for

For our office in Madrid, we are looking for an
HR Intern to support the HR Department in Recruitment, Employer Branding, and other HR related projects.

ABOUT US:

With over 60 years of experience in broadcast production and distribution for major sports events, we are the top service provider for media organizations and sports federations around the world.

We enable clients to maximise their content value by producing and delivering sport, news and culture/entertainment content to the right audiences at the right time.

ABOUT YOU:

Availability to work
full time
Confidence in speaking both
English and
Spanish (C1 level)
Excellent
communication skills and
adaptability to changes
Degree in Business, Psychology, Labor Relations, or similar field
Strong
passion for Human Resources and
willingness to learn and grow in the HR field

WHAT ARE THE CHALLENGES WAITING FOR YOU?
As an HR Intern, you will support our HR team with the following tasks:

Participating and supporting during competence-based interviews
Overseeing posting the roles through the different job boards and monitoring

the deadlines

Engaging with employments agencies, universities and business schools
Employer branding activities (content creation, LinkedIn posting)
Onboarding activities
Supporting the employees on HR related inquiries
Collaborating on related HR project
