Eurovision Services Madrid is recruiting a Senior Corporate Controller to join the Finance team in Madrid, Spain.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
In this role as Senior Corporate Controller, you will:

Report to the Head of Controlling, support the business and company management in decision making activities, provide analysis, recommendations and expertise for process and cost optimization, including pre and post evaluations of projects and investments.
Enhance the quality, completeness and accuracy of all financial information provided to internal and external parties.
Design BI reports, excel templates, financial dashboards and implement weekly/monthly reporting processes.
Assist with month end procedures and preparation of board/investor presentations.
Manage, coordinate and consolidate the budget, forecast, mid/long planning process across departments, functions and subsidiaries globally.
Review and analyse group and subsidiary financial data, balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, reconciliations and prepare commentary and recommendations.
Maintain compliance and analyse controls according to internal standards and external regulations; develop, lead and implement changes through best practice project management.
Define adequate KPIs, identify business opportunities and drive sales/EBIDA performance.
Develop business cases, postevaluation analyses, scenarios, models and projections to provide specific insights and support value driven strategic decisions.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

510 years of prior experience in budgeting, reporting and controlling.
A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (notably Excel and PowerPoint).
Strong collaboration, influencing and communication skills.
The ability to interact with ease, confidence and credibility at all levels within and outside the company.
A proactive approach and the ability to build consensus.
Strong business acumen.
The ability to adapt to and drive changing demands and conditions.
Fluent in English (company language). French is a plus.

ADDED VALUE
Additional experience in the following areas would be a bonus:

Experience or knowledge in the broadcast industry
Experience working collaboratively with geographically distributed and international teams (our headquarters are located in Switzerland).

EDUCATION
ACA/ACCA qualified

Bachelor's or Master's degree.
