To continue this trajectory, we are searching for a Head of Finance & Management Control to work closely with our Delivery and Executive team.

From Day 1, you will have an immediate impact on our performance by analyzing and forecasting the finance of the shared Service Center activities.

You have proven success in a Management Control, forecast, with a special focus on executive-level advising, forecasting and analyzing different Target operating model.


Objectives of this role:

  • Insure the sustainable growth of SET by forecasting, updating and closing all finance activities within SET
  • Develop new metrics for driving business performance relative to strategic priorities and minimizing risk
  • Drive value within the business through margin enhancement, lower costs, and operational efficiencies
  • Execute accurate reporting that enables sound analysis and financial recommendations (financial reportings and IT reportings
  • WISER)
  • Review, design, and execute financial methodologies adapted to PF IT Finance guidelines and our cost evolutions structures.
  • Find knowledge and skills gaps in the Finance team and help address them
  • Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity in the finance department
  • Assist and communicate with executives in decisionmaking, program management, and initiative implementation from financial perspectives
  • Develop strong links with central IT Finance team, CET, PF Spain and stakeholders/clients
  • Periodically review the pricing for existing and new activities in light of regulation and Group's policies.

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as liaison with Delivery manager, executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding project updates, proposals, and planning. Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior management team for financerelated aspects
  • Manage a team that develops financial and valuation models, materials, and recommendations for executive decisionmaking by conducting comprehensive analyses and utilizing appropriate methods
  • Coordinate strategic financial planning for the company and its clients, including expenses, income, insurance coverage, objectives, tax status, and risk tolerance
  • Support finance partners in implementing valuation models, measuring results, tracking performance vs. expectations, and providing recommendations for corrective action
  • Provide insights about spending trends, costsavings initiatives, and margin opportunities
  • Provide detailed information and analysis to the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis
  • Work closely and ensure strong links with PF Spain finance, CET and Central Finance
Required qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration, IT or similar field
  • Five or more years of experience in an executive advisor role
  • Experience in organizing and directing a team or department
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English
  • Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
