    Your Role

    We are in search of an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our DACH Sales Team at our Barcelona headquarters.

    In this position, you will report to the DACH Sales Manager. You will have the opportunity to lead a passionate and dedicated team, drive continuous success for the company, and be part of an innovative and dynamic organization making waves in the travel industry.     What You Will Do

    • Lead a team of around 8 Sales Executives overseeing the DACH market in Barcelona
    • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings and assess the Sales Funnel with the team to ensure goal achievement
    • Collaborate closely with each representative to secure deals and eliminate revenue barriers
    • Set monthly development objectives for individuals, evaluate team performance, and provide accurate forecasts, reports, and insights to support strategic decisions
    • Coach and mentor a high-performing interdisciplinary team, focusing on continuous sales team enhancement
    • Identify individual and team training needs and introduce innovative sales efficiency strategies
    • Work with other Sales Managers and internal stakeholders to develop educational materials, including presentations, sales scripts, and relevant product feature updates
    • Create tailored training sessions based on recorded materials and direct feedback from your team, incorporating gamification, role-playing, and pitch simulations

    How We Operate

    For this role, you must reside near our hub in Barcelona. Collaboration is essential to our company's mission, and we strive to offer our team flexible working conditions. Hence, we have adopted a hybrid work style. You will be expected to work at least three times per week in your local hub, with more days desired during the onboarding phase to maximize in-person connections.
