Passionate about life sciences and human health, my interest in scientific communication and its application in real-life brought me to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry. I have been working in this field since 2016, undertaking various roles, primarily in Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Marketing, Omnichannel Digital Marketing, and Project Management.

Experiencia

2022/09-Present: Omnichannel Digital Marketing, CSL Vifor ES, Barcelona.
Responsible for driving implementation of Omnichannel Customer Engagement (OCE) initiatives, within the affiliate
• Management of Digital Marketing Platforms to plan, develop, execute, monitor, analyse and optimise Digital assets and Digital Marketing Campaigns (email campaigns, SoMe campaigns, websites, eDA,...).
• Cross-functional collaboration with Brand Team members and Sales Reps to get customer insights and ensure optimal use of digital channels in line with brand objectives and CSL Vifor’s Omnichannel Customer Engagement strategy.
• Measuring and monitoring local Omnichannel Customer Engagement effectiveness (KPIs) to provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Acted as the OCE contact person fostering best practice sharing with other affiliates and HQ.
• Acted temporarily as the Omnichannel and Communications Sr Manager and Coordinated the management of national, corporate internal and external communications (press releases, interviews, Communications’ events and CSL Vifor Spain‘s Twitter account).
• 2019/09-2022/08: Marketing Manager, Cardiolink Group, Barcelona.
Responsible for the Marketing Dept. in a Spanish company specialised in medical device distribution
• Management, update and optimization of corporate website and SoMe accounts.
• Created a digital portal for scientific asset management addressed to sales reps and HCPs.
• Launched a platform to manage email campaigns and to drive opt-ins (econsents).
• Coordination, organization and attendance to medical national and international fairs.
• 2019/01-2019/07: Associate Project Manager, Competitive Drug Development International (CDDI), Barcelona.
Project Management of Protocol Feasibility projects in clinical drug development
• Coordinate the communication with senior clinical investigators and study coordinators to ensure the project outcome and the schedule are met.
• Project controlling. Review, Quality Control and Monitor data provided by investigators.

Strategic and Operational Pharmaceutical Marketing of a multiple sclerosis drug and its associated medical devices
• Brand Plan development, planning and implementation in coordination with a cross functional team.

• Development of awareness-raising campaigns in coordination with patient associations.
