- Liderarás la creación de una cultura de Employer Branding centrada en la excelencia y la innovación, estableciendo a nuestro cliente como un empleador de elección en el sector hotelero.
- Talent Acquisition Manager consolidado/a, con una sólida experiencia en el sector hotelero y un historial comprobado en la elaboración e implementación de políticas globales de talent acquisition, talent brand, employer branding.
- Apasionado/a por el Employer Branding, capaz de inspirar y motivar al mejor talento a unirse a la misión de excelencia de nuestro cliente, acompañando la correcta percepción de su posicionamiento.
- Comunicador/a excepcional, con habilidades para interactuar efectivamente con líderes y directivos corporativos así como de hoteles en todo el mundo.
- Leader de un equipo creativo y dinámico, desde un mínimo de 2 años
- Hablando inglés a nivel muy alto (C1-C2), mas idiomas como el francés serian un plus.
