Mission of the position:

To develop and implement the programme of activities in the hotels under his responsibility under the Brand lines.

At the same time, he/she ensures the negotiation of entertainment suppliers to bring together the offer of the operations centres, pursuing economic efficiencies both in the management and selection of suppliers.

Areas of Performance (Children's Activities, Sports Activities, Adult Activities and Night Activities and cultural activities) Focus under the centralised brands (Melia, Sol and Paradisus).


Functions:


  • Study of the competition
  • Search for strategic partners in the area
  • Analysis of quality results and preparation of action plans.
  • Validates the standards adapted to the region
  • Validates the SOPs of the hotels in your area
  • Coordinates and supports the implementation of the new product
  • Validates in the first instance the budget guidelines of the hotels
  • Proposes investments for the hotels in your area
  • Actively supports new hotel openings in your area
  • Coordinates requests for operational material for new openings
  • Conducts regular meetings with hotel entertainment managers
  • Evaluates all quality aspects of the implementation of daytime and nighttime activities
  • Assists HR in setting up the equipment
  • Identifies training needs of entertainment managers
  • Validates the proposal of high potential staff susceptible to a development plan.

What are we looking for?

  • 5 years of experience
  • Degree or Diploma in Tourism / Physical Education and Sports / Early Childhood Education or Teacher Training
  • Knowledge in Fitness, Wellness, Children's Activities, Artistic Assembly and Music.
  • User level knowledge of Windows
  • Knowledge of Hotel Operations
  • Results orientation, Innovation, Creativity, Leadership, Achievement of Objectives and Negotiation skills.


  • English C

  • Commitment to reside in Tenerife
  • Driving license and car
  • Availability to travel frequently
