    1. Functiebeschrijving

    Als Dutch Speaking Recruiter werk je vanuit je eigen huis over de hele wereld. Je dagelijkse taken omvatten het werven en selecteren van kandidaten, het uitvoeren van interviews en het beheren van het hele wervingsproces. Je werkt nauw samen met het HR-team en rapporteert aan de HR-manager. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van een positieve kandidaatervaring en voor het opbouwen van sterke relaties met je collega's.
