    Role Description

    As a Norwegian Speaking Recruiter, you'll be using your language skills and recruitment know-how to source, select and hire the best talent for our clients. Your daily duties will include conducting interviews, creating recruitment strategies, and communicating feedback to candidates and clients. Remember, your work will have a direct impact on helping people find their dream jobs and clients find their star employees

    Requirements

    • Fluency in Norwegian and English
    • Experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
    • A valid EU passport
    • Ability to complete a mandatory 4-month fully paid training in Athens, Greece
