Main Responsibilities:


  • Manage endtoend recruitment cycle from entry to seniorlevel roles
  • You'll be responsible for your own clients by building longlasting, strong relationships, understanding their unique needs and providing expert guidance
  • Stay on top of recruitment trends and best practices

Core Skills/experience:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
  • Previous experience in fullcycle recruitment of technological profiles
  • Ability to build successful relationships at all levels by utilizing a personable touch
  • Great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • A humble team player who inspires trust and is ready to take the initiative with a fun team
  • Genuine interest in the mission of Babel Profiles and being part of a team that comes up with innovative solutions
