They are now seeking, to join their team in Barcelona, a motivated Client Service Consultant to assist and act as the 1st point of contact for their Dutch-speaking clients who have questions about the HCM solution.

Main Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for Dutchspeaking clients seeking assistance with iHCM software
Engage with HR and Payroll staff (90% of interactions)
Utilize multiple channels to communicate with the client
Properly address client inquiries and find suitable solutions

Core Skills/experience:

Passion for providing exceptional customer support and taking pleasure in addressing customer inquiries.
Strong team player, collaborating effectively with various departments
Proficient at prioritizing diverse ticket types, ensuring critical issues are handled promptly
Clear and assertive communicator
Enthusiastic about continuous learning, showcasing curiosity and interest in HRrelated topics
