- Ingeniero Técnico Industrial, electrónica, o mecánica o FP a nivel maestría o grado superior.
- Conocimientos altos en AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Sistemas BS y ERP.
- Comunicativo, con capacidad de concentración y rigurosidad en el trabajo
- Conocimiento de Ofimática (Word, Excel, etc). Conocimiento en sistemas ERP (AXAPTA preferible).
- Lectura e interpretación de planos al más alto nivel, así como manejo de herramientas de medida y control.

- Conocimientos en diseños industriales de fabricación y montaje. Conocimientos básicos en electrónica
- Conocimientos de francés.
- Creación y modificación de estructura de producto.
- Creación de estructura de producto en BS o por medio de bloques funcionales. Definición de los mismos.
- Creación de configuradores y converter de producto.
- Enlazar los configuradores de producto con la estructura en BS y ERP.
- Establecer con el Grupo las configuraciones establecidas por los centros de diseño.
- Interactuar con ciclo de vida para resolver las cuestiones relativas a nuevas creaciones, modificaciones e industrialización de nuevos diseños.
- Colaborar en el diagnóstico y búsqueda de respuestas a problemas técnicos en fábrica.
- Garantizar la documentación necesaria para mantener los niveles de calidad según la especificación inicial de producto.

Tareas que se ejecutan con trabajo en Grupo, claramente establecidas, con especialización relativa (Se ocupan de varias luminarias distintas. Requieren esfuerzo mental, con alto grado de concentración y formación completa en todos los campos del producto y de su industrialización. Será responsable de establecer la estructura de producto para el resto del equipo durante el proceso de industrialización. El periodo de formación y adaptación es muy alto.
