Local Unit & Position Description:


To enable Energy Systems to achieve its strategic ambitions and become future fit, we need leaders who drive development to meet customers' expectations while also continuously improving the way we work.

Spain is therefore seeking the DEV Team Lead to further improve our communication between teams and departments, our focus on people and on quality and on time delivery.

The Team Lead optimizes resources and improve the long-term performance of the DEV team. They drive technical competence development within the DEV team aligned with Energy Systems strategy. The Team Lead has a strong focus on delivery and utilization, gains efficiency within the DEV team.

They partner with other Team Leads in delivering an excellent product while stimulating collaboration within their team as well across the organization.

They must ensure that they have the right number of staff with the right capabilities and strives for a high performing collaborative culture and exceptional employee experience.


Primary tasks of this role:


  • Lead team to meet release goals
  • Support Product team in roadmap preparation
  • Act as first point of contact for the team
  • Take care of human and material resources needs of their team
  • Evaluate team performance and plan longterm career development of team members
  • Manage team priorities, identify blockers and report progress
  • Ensure processes deployment
  • Support hiring process
  • Technical expert for the team

Background

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience
  • Technical Background in software engineering
  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Scrum, Kanban
