    Mollet del Valles (Barcelona), Spain Hybrid Working Global tech company founded in 2011 Our mission is to shape the future through technologyThe roleWe are looking for a Brand & Comms Trainee to be responsible for supporting the internal and external communication projects inside Idneo, including branded content, corporate wordings, social media posting, press releases or similar.

    Technology lover, hands-on person willing to work with different departments.

    This position represents an exceptional opportunity for people passionate about communication strategies and eager to start or pursue a career in this dynamic field.

    The position is part of the Brand & Comms team depending on the Technology and People areas.


    Your responsibilities:
    Assist in drafting and editing communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, blog, internal tools, and social media posts.

    Work closely with the graphic designers and the CAM on a daily basis in the development of each communication material.

    Conduct research to support communication campaigns and initiatives.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
    Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
    Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in communication strategies.
    Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Passion for continuous learning and professional growth."Doer" personality.
