What you'll do:


Position title:
SAP iXp - Communications and Special Projects Intern


Location:
Barcelona, Spain

Expected Start Date : 1st September 2023

Duration: 6 Months (possibility of extension)


In this role, you'll:


  • Collaborate with the team to create a comprehensive strategy to effectively communicate important updates from Presales to the extended team through our
newsletter.

  • Optimize and manage our internal SharePoint page, ensuring that vital information is easily available to stakeholders across the organization and that our digital asset library is kept up to date.
  • Utilize your storytelling skills and design abilities to build compelling success stories that highlight the value delivered by the DSA team in closed deals, showcasing our unique value proposition.
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of our communication initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support on the development and execution of impactful content, including presentations, articles, and whitepapers, to align with our team's goals and reinforce our internal brand identity.
  • Contribute to the organization and coordination of internal events, town halls, and team meetings.

Who you are:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business administration, Communications, Marketing, public relations or a related field. University must provide internship agreement (Convenio en practicas)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
