    COMPAC The Surfaces Company, es la empresa española líder del mercado en superficies decorativas de alta calidad. Fundada en 1975, fue la primera compañía española especializada en la fabricación y distribución de superficies de mármol y cuarzo. Hoy en día es una gran multinacional con capital 100% español, que ha sabido crecer conservando esa agilidad y espíritu de independencia en la toma de decisiones.

    La dirección de Recursos Humanos está comprometida con la igualdad de oportunidades y de género en la empresa y por ello diseña, coordina, implementa y gestiona planes, programas y proyectos de acción positiva.

    Buscamos una persona competente para aumentar los ingresos de las ventas y a mantener la relación con los clientes dentro del área geográfica que le sea asignada siguiendo la estrategia de COMPAC. Te asegurarás de que nuestros clientes estén contentos y buscarás formas de hacer crecer nuestras ventas.

    Local de trabajo: Barcelona

    Responsabilidades:

    ·Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas en su territorio.

    ·Crear y mantener buenas relaciones con clientes de la red de distribución.

    ·Adquirir una comprensión profunda de las necesidades de los clientes relevantes de la red de distribución.

    ·Encontrar formas de garantizar la eficacia de las operaciones de venta.

    ·Analizar datos para encontrar los métodos de ventas más eficaces.

    ·Evaluar el desempeño en ventas según indicadores clave de resultados.

    ·Supervisar a la competencia dentro de la región asignada.

    ·Asegurar el crecimiento y posicionamiento de COMPAC en su territorio.

    ·Tener conocimiento amplio sobre todos los productos y servicios ofrecidos por COMPAC y promoverlos según la estrategia de la empresa.

    ·Formar e informar la red de distribución sobre el uso de los productos COMPAC, así como sobre los nuevos productos y servicios proporcionados por la compañía.

    ·Promover la imagen de COMPAC en la red de distribución.

    ·Participar en eventos promocionales o de la industria para cultivar las relaciones con los clientes.

    ·Realizar prospecciones de mercado, identificando oportunidades de ampliación de la cartera de clientes.

    ·Asegurar que toda la actividad sea reportada en los sistemas de la empresa.
