- Visit assigned customers on a regular basis to promote products, relate new product information and receive feedback on the company's products and services
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Visit potential customers to qualify them as sales prospects for the corporation
- Understand and support the corporation's sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all of the corporation's customers
- Relate new product ideas and product extensions to marketing management for evaluation
- Follow corporate policies regarding customer entertainment and customer relations
- Review and report complaints received from customers and recommend corrective action to the Country Sales Manager
- Collect and report competitive information to Marketing Management
- Prepare periodic reports including:
- weekly expense reports
- periodic general reports
- other reports as assigned
Job Requirements:
Most Important Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor in Business, Economics or equivalent
- Up to 4 years sales and general business experience
- Demonstrated ability to relate well with people and work in an unstructured work environment
- Willingness to operate in an international environment
- Fluent level of the Italian and English languages
- Previous experience within the medical devices, life sciences or pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
- Strong communication skills & relationship skills
- Customeroriented

- Proven successful in negotiations
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to do product demonstrations
