- Support the team in building a robust pipeline and uncover new opportunities for our field sales organization within SuccessFactors as part of the Human Experience Management (HXM) field.
- Be the connecting link between sales and marketing departments, helping develop both inbound and outbound leads, profiling accounts before pitching this information to our field sales colleagues.
- Build pipeline by setting qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives.
- Identify target accounts, profile and engage key decision makers and influencers via phone, email, LinkedIn using innovative digital tools and technologies.
- Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects.
- Meet daily activity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Enjoys working on meaningful projects and is energized by lifelong learning.
- Is articulate, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success-driven.
