About the Innovative Team:

Nestled within the Office of the CEO, the SAP Transformation Office spearheads the execution and evolution of the company's strategic roadmap to shape the future of SAP. Committed to empowering customer success through their transformation journeys, the team leads the Transformation Business Network, functioning as a knowledge center while fostering Peer2Peer Exchange through various platforms and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead transformative exchanges to disseminate SAP's best practices in transformation and end-to-end expertise to customers and internal stakeholders.

Offer impartial advice on transformational matters, serving as a strategic resource to clients before, during, and after the sales process.

Identify transformation narratives, develop content, and craft presentation materials like storyboards, speaker notes, and videos.

Produce a range of communication assets and creative designs to bolster internal marketing efforts and other SAP divisions.

Coordinate transformational events and collaborate with various SAP departments to train employees as CTO speakers.

Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track our initiatives and generate insightful reports.

Your Role:

Position: Multimedia Design Internship @ Customer Transformation Group (CTG)

Work Area: Administration
Location: Barcelona (hybrid office & remote)
Expected Start Date: Immediate

Shape innovative multimedia assets for internal and external applications, from engaging presentations and videos to visual designs, microsites, layouts, and motion graphics, to visualize SAP's transformative concepts for an unparalleled user experience.

Be the creative force behind crafting a unique experience rooted in expert knowledge of SAP's brand guidelines.

Collaborate closely with content management and marketing experts, as well as directors, to bring a shared vision to life.

Actively contribute to the creation, testing, and dissemination of new and improved tools, methodologies, and best practices for content creation.

Your Profile:

You are pursuing studies in communications, media, graphic design, UX/UI design, or motion graphic design. We seek an individual who demonstrates initiative, resilience, and a perpetual curiosity. You thrive on engaging in meaningful, innovative projects and are fueled by continuous learning.

Digital Enthusiast

Possess a solid grasp of visual and graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics, with a keen interest in developing characters, environments, and diverse digital assets.

Problem-Solver

Showcase the ability to translate intricate concepts into clear, well-designed visual representations.

Earn Expertise in:

Proficiency in Figma

Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, etc.)

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Robust project management capabilities

Experience with 3D Software (Blender or equivalent) is advantageous

Exposure to coding is beneficial

Familiarity with new content creation tools or AI technologies is a plus

Linguistic Skills: Fluent in English, Spanish, or German is an advantage
