Regional Sales Manager/Leader (Souther Europe-Remote)

We are seeking a
Regional Sales Manager/ Leader with excellent proven experience in selling medium to large mechanical equipment to join their team and unleash your potential, as you'll enjoy the autonomy and freedom to make impactful decisions in driving our continued growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- of which at least 5 yrs in a people leadership role -medium to large mechanical equipment /truck OEM or manufacturing industry /transport and logistics**:
Excellent negotiation skills, especially in relation to profit margins

Proven track record in heavy engineering/mechanical sales.
- A real hunter, your experience in
B2B sales and your communication skills allow you to implement lasting partnerships with your customers. - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resultsdriven and targetfocused.
You are fluent in English. French and Italian are a big plus.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a very strong commercial sense, understanding market trends, and identifying business opportunities.
- Analyze and interpret industry data to make informed decisions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Prioritize profit margins in sales strategies and negotiations.
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Excel as a new salesperson, adept at establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to enhance business opportunities.
- Coordinate and lead local sales leaders according to group strategy with the aim of accomplishing the budget.
- Search for new opportunities in the market to grow the business.
- Ensure sales funnel clarity and proper forecasting.
- Responsible for the respective countries' monthly sales, competitors, and marketing reports.
- Build and lead Sales Organisation.
- Responsible for creating a Sales Strategy in the Regional Marketing Strategy.
- Budget responsibility for the region.
- Achieve total group results and growth plans.
Salary:
60,000.00€ - 70,000.00€ per year
