Sales Manager
Cadent Sourcing has partnered with a rapidly growing provider of guided tours of attractions all over Europe. They are one of the continents leading providers, with a reputation for quality.
They are seeking a
Sales Manager to engage with existing and new Tour Attraction in Barcelona and across Spain.
This is a Senior role in the Spanish operations and joins a high performing team of similar managers across other European destinations.
Required:
- 45 years experience in Sales, Partnership Management or Tour Development, within the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Proven Skills in Influencing and relationship building.
- Strong Negotiating skills.
- Target Driven and able to report upwards on activity.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Duties:
- Research Target Tour Attractions, and make approaches to build partnerships.
- Extend Partnerships with existing Tour Attraction, in order to expand the business.
- Recruit and Support locally based Tour Guides for the Attractions.
- Liaise with Guide Scheduling Teams, to ensure Tours are delivered to the highest standard.
- Plan for the growth of Tour Attractions through Spain and beyond.
Salary: 50,000.00€ - 60,000.00€ per year
