Sales Manager
Cadent Sourcing has partnered with a rapidly growing provider of guided tours of attractions all over Europe. They are one of the continents leading providers, with a reputation for quality.

They are seeking a
Sales Manager to engage with existing and new Tour Attraction in Barcelona and across Spain.

This is a Senior role in the Spanish operations and joins a high performing team of similar managers across other European destinations.

Required:

45 years experience in Sales, Partnership Management or Tour Development, within the Travel & Tourism industry.
Proven Skills in Influencing and relationship building.
Strong Negotiating skills.
Target Driven and able to report upwards on activity.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.

Duties:

Research Target Tour Attractions, and make approaches to build partnerships.
Extend Partnerships with existing Tour Attraction, in order to expand the business.
Recruit and Support locally based Tour Guides for the Attractions.
Liaise with Guide Scheduling Teams, to ensure Tours are delivered to the highest standard.
Plan for the growth of Tour Attractions through Spain and beyond.

Salary: 50,000.00€ - 60,000.00€ per year
