This internship role is a joint submission from the Financial Services and Corporate Operations teams. The Finance Improvement Programme (FIP) is a corporate initiative, which is modernising how financial systems and processes are delivered across UCLan. Work planned for 2022 includes developing new formats for internal reports, streamlining payroll processes, a new system for sending invoices to the University’s external customers and a review of the administrative processes for student hardship loans.

Responsibilities/Achievements :

• Analysed large Corporate Data Systems, such as Financial and Income Expenditures 
• Collaborated with a team of 8 to gather and review both accounts receivables and accounts payable before the end 
of the financial year.
