As a Business Analyst, you will:

  • Define tasks and project evolutions, shaping the direction of our initiatives.
  • Maintain project backlogs, ensuring clarity and alignment with objectives.
  • Prioritize tasks based on their business value, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Define acceptance criteria to uphold quality standards and project success.
  • Coordinate and support the team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
  • Provide a global vision of product evolution, guiding strategic decisionmaking.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Trackspace & Docspace (Jira) for efficient project management.
  • Experience with Miro board for visual collaboration and planning.
  • Familiarity with the sAFE methodology (Agile), ensuring agile project delivery.
  • Knowledge of technologies utilized by Team3, including Cognigy and Genesys.
  • Excellent command of the English language, facilitating effective communication.
