Our partner, a direct collaborator in the RISC-V architecture, is actively involved in a fierce battle against the "monopoly" ARM, leading companies like Google to consider shifting their future processors towards this architecture.

This move addresses the growing need to incorporate AI into chips for mobiles, tablets, smartwatches, and ultimately any IoT device in the future.

RISC-V Emulator Maintenance and Upgrade Engineer, your pivotal role involves advancing our state-of-the-art RISC-V cores. Your tasks encompass the maintenance and enhancement of RISC-V emulators, ensuring smooth integration with our in-house hardware IPs. This presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with both RTL and software teams, contributing significantly to the continuous evolution of our RISC-V cores.


Requirements:

Experience with RISC-V emulation frameworks such as Spike, QEMU or others.
Proficiency in C, C++, and RISC-V assembly.
Familiarity with RISC-V architecture and RISC-V vector specifications.
Competence in bare-metal programming.
Bonus points for experience in LLVM/Clang, GCC internals.
Advantageous skills include hardware modeling experience and some exposure to RTL.
