Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the full cycle of the hiring process, including job postings/qualification, sourcing, interviewing, selection and closing.
  • Facilitate meetings between hiring managers and applicants.
  • Coordinate the recruitment team with their respective searches.
  • Manage the recruitment data and carefully monitoring their development to determine actionable plans for the improvement of the global process.
  • Ensure an updated data base.
  • Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor ́s degree in a related field. Master ́s degree will be valued.
  • At least 23 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Spanish and English bilingual.
  • Proven experience of delivering against multiple priorities to time and quality in a target driven environment.
  • Experience working with an ATS and wider HR Technology.
  • Direct sourcing experience, in particular, the use of LinkedIn will be a plus.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Great communication skills.
