Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full cycle of the hiring process, including job postings/qualification, sourcing, interviewing, selection and closing.
- Facilitate meetings between hiring managers and applicants.
- Coordinate the recruitment team with their respective searches.
- Manage the recruitment data and carefully monitoring their development to determine actionable plans for the improvement of the global process.
- Ensure an updated data base.
- Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor ́s degree in a related field. Master ́s degree will be valued.
- At least 23 years of experience in recruitment.
- Spanish and English bilingual.
- Proven experience of delivering against multiple priorities to time and quality in a target driven environment.
- Experience working with an ATS and wider HR Technology.
- Direct sourcing experience, in particular, the use of LinkedIn will be a plus.
- Detailoriented with the ability to learn quickly.
- Great communication skills.
