This position is intended to 4th shift (weekend shift). Specifically on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

What Will You Be Doing
In this position, your work will include Quality inspections and measurements.

On a typical day, you might be starting the day checking the different products and sharing the info collected to the other departments.

You will not be working on this alone, even though the work requires a high level of independency, as you will have the support of your department colleagues and Line Manager.

For us to be the best match, we expect you to have a proactive attitude with a high level of independency and experience from working with measurement tools and NDT inspection tools
For you to succeed in the position, we hope you to have a good teamwork and an analytical mindset.

As
Quality Inspector, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

Academic training: Mechanical Grade medium or superior
Quality controller who carries out inspections with customers and classification societies, product inspections, measurements, nondestructive testing or other inspection processes.
Calibration of measurement tools
Followup of ongoing projects
Fulfill Quality Documentation
Good communication and team working skills, proactive attitude, ability to learn quickly.
Must be methodical and organized.
Good communication skills (contacts with class surveyors, customers, suppliers and internal departments).
Aims to improve his Quality knowledge through making NDT, Visual, Dimensional and other trainings related with the Quality Control Processes
Computer skills: Good knowledge to work with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power points, etc.).
Drawings knowledge: (medium)

Language:
English level (medium)You will shine in this role, when you have:

Ultrasonic Certificate Level II for metallic materials and welding's
Dye Penetrant Certificate Level II for metallic materials and welding's
Visual Inspection Certificate Level II 3D Measurement knowledge ( CMM, Laser Tracker, Romer Arm )
