    • Job Description:
      • Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell our services
      • Maintain a detailed customer database
      • Expand our customer base
      • Document call history and responses
      • Follow up with customers regularly
      • Analyze competitors' products and create effective selling strategies
      • Address customer needs and inquiries

    Requirements:

    • Fluency in German and English
    • Prior sales experience
    • Familiarity with CRM systems
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Comfortable in target-oriented environments
    • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and proactive
    • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
    • Strong business acumen and customer focus

    Offer:

    • Full-time role (39 hours/week)
    • Hybrid work setup in Barcelona
    • Salary: 25.330€ gross/year + up to 4.470€ gross/year
