    _ Your mission_:


    As our CMO, you will be responsible for managing and scaling Selectra's Marketing team, driving marketing strategy, setting priorities, expanding capability, growing a world-class team while delivering on outcomes-oriented goals.

    You will grow the company's €70M+ revenue base by working on providing outstanding digital acquisition to sustain our business.

    You will have executive accountability for all our digital acquisition, and the content of our websites and ad copies. You will work closely with Selectra's executive team (CEO, CPO, COO, CTO, CHRO and CFO).

    Responsibilities- Define the whole digital Marketing strategy, and execute it with the team, to fulfill and meet the company's KPIs/OKRs based on:The continuous analysis and improvement of our metrics at every level (most importantly: country / business units P&L;, leads, conversion, sales), and continuous collaboration with the Sales/Operations, and Product Departements.

    Your discussions with other key team members,

    such as country managers and business developersThe continuous analysis of our competition and digital marketing trends to make sure we always keep an edge over the competitionEffective brainstorming sessions that contribute to the generation of new ideas that push the boundaries of what's possible within the team.

    The inputs and alignment with the rest of the C-Level:
    COO, CPO, CTO, CEO, CHRO, CFO and deputy CEO.

    Work with the Marketing Team and stakeholders to define the OKRs for the Marketing Teams to drive the achievement of the company's goals.

    Work with Sales and Product to make sure that our product meets the right customers, appeal to them, have them convert and remain loyal.

    Manage and grow the Marketing Team consisting of (1)

    SEO part:
    multiple teams of Content officers managed by Content managers and Deputy-content managers,
    in charge of the websites and on-site SEO ; an international SEO team composed of SEO officers and a SEO Manager, in charge of off-site SEO; (2)

    Paid acquisition:

    an international paid acquisition team, composed of a Manager, and Account managers, working on SEA and SMA; (3) a marketing consulting team to help the different teams do their best, by:Defining their Career Path and Ladder.

    Leading the follow-up and performance review processes. Mentoring the team on digital marketing best practices and techniques. Defining effective training programs. Coordinating and guiding them to make sure cross-functional team collaboration works well. Driving them towards the achievement of the OKRs defined. Communicating company goals, vision, outcome, planning and execution.
