\uD83D\uDCC4 JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Under the direction of the Local Marketing Director,the
    Home Page Merchandiser is responsible for the optimisation of the homepage : between business needs and evenementialization. He /she is the guarantor of attractiveness and daytoday local performance. He/she ensures to have the most attractive showcase possible everyday and manages the balance between business needs, trade animation and brand positioning. He/she ensures the best allocation of traffic.

\uD83C\uDFAF TASKS:


  • Activity 1: He/she defines vitrine rules for all businesses (home page sections, marketing banners location...)
  • Activity 2: He/she studies share of banners, UDSV, Revenue between businesses and sector in order to improve the traffic allocation and sourcing focus
  • Activity 3: He/she manages the daily merchandising by working closely with marketing and sourcing teams to ensure the best traffic allocation of strategic accounts, marketing operations and new business and challenge teams to catch all our business opportunities
  • Activity 4: He/she monitors and shares all the HP key performance indicators (unique visitors, sales entry rate, sales performances, TO per day, share of voice per category and business) with a daily steering, actionable plan and permanent improvement.
  • Activity 5: He/ she identifies and arbitrates the best merchandising adjustments and mechanics to support marketing activations (trade events, MGM, editorial etc)
  • Activity 6: He/she is responsible for the expression of needs to improve tools, processes and functionalities on / of the HP in order to evolve the HP (A/B test, benchmarking)
  • Activity 7: He/she is the ambassador of the HP management / attractiveness to Marketing and Sourcing teams

  • Business and result oriented with an analytical mind combined with rigor, a sense of organization and prioritization.
  • Strong analytical skills (including advanced excel and database analysis) with an ability to understand Brand environments.
  • Ability to analyze and summarize
  • Ability to convince and negotiate
  • A selfstarter with demonstrated ability to take the initiative and solve problems.
  • Creative, have initiative and can constructively advocate on behalf of the customer.
