JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Pricing Project Manager
You are directly reporting to the Pricing Director within the Sourcing Excellence Team
You are a cornerstone of the Pricing Central Organization, working to improve Group Methodologies, processes & Tooling
You will be Responsible & Owner to Coordinate, Deliver & Continuously Improve one of Veepee's Business Process
- In Short term, you will be responsible to manage

BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS:
- Define business requirements & needs to be addressed via your project
- Prioritize business needs & Build a Business Case
- Benchmark Internal & External State of the Art solutions
- Review and validate tech delivery roadmap (Translating business improvements into product(s) requirements)
- Formalize & Document Current & Target Business Processes of project
- Set up & monitor Business Process improvement SLAs
- Manage transversality & Coordinate input from other BPOs impacted
- Organize and Prioritize Project Planning (Gantt)
- Set up & monitor Project Realization KPIs
- Regularly Followup & validate tech delivery
- Business feedback on each period of delivery on an iterative basis
- Appoint key users to test solution
- Ensure and validate UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Identify population of users' impacted & level of impact
- Build Change Management & Rollout plan
- Set up & monitor Adoption KPIs
- Contribute to build & perform training plan & materials
- Contribute to Internal & External communication of the project
- Formalize & Size all Business & Tech Support levels & SLAs
\uD83D\uDC49REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experienced SA&S or at least 4 years+ of professional experience in a Sales & Marketing department, or in Consulting, with high exposition to project management, including
Strong Business Acumen around Pricing & Offer Analysis:
Understanding of retail & digital commerce is a plus:
A positive 'Problem Solver' attitude & a Drive for results:
Strong aptitude for processthinking and improvement:
Proactive, organized and autonomous, able to move things forward:
Excellent analytical Skills & ability to derive business insights:
Comfortable Communication skills - manage to collaborate & influence others, positively managing the change:
Proficiency in English is a must & Inter'L experience is an advantage
