    Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Controller.

    Main functions:

    • Opening and closing projects in the internal platform (CRM).
    • Management of tasks associated with projects.
    • Ensure the quality of information reported in the system: inputs completed by operations and project forecasts updated by Project Managers.
    • Administrative tracking of new offers.
    • Budgetary control and monitoring of projects.
    • Monitoring of billing linked to projects.
    • Designing tracking reports.

    Experience/Skills:

    • Equivalent work experience of at least 2 years.
    • Advanced level of Excel proficiency.
    • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, thoroughness, and organizational skills.
    • Minimum B2 level of English.
    • Data analysis experience as a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar as a plus.
