- Assessing potential customers following our KYC guidelines (Know Your Customer)
- Understanding customer needs and presenting our value proposition and apartments
- Engaging with customers through various channels: phone, email, WhatsApp
- Handling inquiries and overcoming objections during the sales process
- Managing documentation for reservation files and verifying compliance with KYC standards
- Choosing locations to enhance community harmony
- Contributing to enhancing our B2C strategy and refining processes/tools
- Maintaining our Salesforce CRM system accurately
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Capacity to handle a high volume of leads
- Strong organizational skills, methodical approach, and resilience
- Being proactive and willing to reach out to leads via phone while following internal procedures and principles
- Fluency in the local language and English (C1 level)
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting
- Authenticity, self-assurance, and a team-oriented mindset
- Beneficial to have experience in business development
- Team player with diverse skill set
- Permanent employment contract
- Full-time role (39 hrs/week), Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 (17:00 on Fridays)
- Salary: €21,000 gross/year + €3,000 gross/year in bonuses
