El QA/QC Manager trabajará dentro del marco del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad ISO 9001 en un entorno de proyecto multidisciplinario para implementar los requisitos de cada Plan de Calidad específico del proyecto.
RESPONSABILIDADES Y TAREAS
● Responsable de todas las inspecciones eléctricas relacionadas con las instalaciones, pruebas y puesta en marcha.
● Desarrolla e implementa todos los planes de inspecciones, pruebas y calidad.
● Sirve de enlace con el cliente para todos los asuntos de QA/QC durante toda la duración del proyecto.
● Realiza inspecciones de todas las instalaciones mecánicas y materiales, asegurándose de que todo el trabajo se lleve a cabo de acuerdo con las especificaciones y planos de métodos aprobados.
● Asiste a las inspecciones eléctricas con el cliente y los contratistas.
● Elabora informes QA/QC semanales de inspecciones, no conformidades y acciones.
● Revisa los diseños/planos para asegurarse de que cumplan con los requisitos del proyecto.
● Se asegura de que todos los equipos de la empresa y los subcontratistas estén calibrados y con certificados válidos
● Revisa y prepara la inspección de entrega, la documentación de prueba y los manuales de operación y mantenimiento.
● Representa a la empresa durante las reuniones en obra y fuera de la misma.
● Revisa los requisitos y esquemas especificados del proyecto y comprende la interacción de los sistemas y cómo componen la instalación
● Desarrolla el plan de calidad para cada proyecto en función de las definiciones y los alcances del sistema, las especificaciones del cliente y los estándares de la industria aplicables a cada sistema utilizando la plantilla del plan de control de calidad estándar de la empresa y los procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo de la misma.
● Desarrolla el plan de inspección y prueba para cada disciplina en función de los detalles de las especificaciones del proyecto desde la etapa previa a la construcción hasta la puesta en servicio y la entrega.
● Realiza el seguimiento mensual del cuadro de control de calidad del proyecto
● Desarrolla una lista de entrega de sistemas como parte del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad del Proyecto
● En colaboración con el planificador del proyecto, incluye auditoría de calidad y puntos pendientes en la planificación del proyecto
● Presenta el Plan de Calidad del Proyecto para su aprobación por el cliente
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
● Titulado en Ingeniería Industrial, especialidad Electricidad
● Más de 8 años de experiencia en un rol de QA/QC, idealmente liderando a otros miembros del equipo
● Experiencia previa trabajando en proyectos de centros de datos.
