To expand the team, we are looking for you asa full-time employee for our operational business. Especially inthe initial phase, there are a number of opportunities to getinvolved and grow together with us in the face of challenges.Everyone who becomes part of the WEROCK team is given theopportunity to take on responsibility at an early stage, dependingon their individual goals.

Tasks

Your main tasks include

• Incoming goods with quality and function control
• Equipment cleaning and packaging of our goods foroutgoing goods
• First level customer support:accepting support requests from our existing customers
• Installation of operating systems, configurationactivities and provision of hardware
• Categorizing, prioritizing and documenting our customers' tickets
• Simple execution of repairs andinstallations on our devices (e.g. installation of SSDs)

Qualification

• You have fine motor skills and a steady handfor installing electrical components

• You can organize your work andtime processes efficiently
• You have a solidbasic technical knowledge

• You have a verygood command of German and a good command of English
• You have high expectations of your own work and striveto always deliver the best quality
• You areorganized, structured and reliable
• You havean ambitious, independent way of working as well as a quick andgood grasp of things

• Ideally, you havecompleted training as an IT specialist
